Today, ahb has evolved into an architect-led design-build practice delivering complex projects across architecture, engineering, construction, fabrication, and bespoke development — unified by one vision: we imagine the future and build it. At ahb, we imagine the future and build it. We are looking for a BIM Modeler to develop accurate and high-quality BIM models based on approved design information and project requirements. The role involves supporting multidisciplinary coordination, maintaining model consistency, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project workflows. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain Architectural, Structural, or MEP BIM models using Revit. - Translate design drawings and engineering information into accurate 3D models. - Update BIM models based on design revisions, change requests, and project requirements. - Support model coordination activities and assist in clash detection processes using Navisworks. - Generate drawings, sections, schedules, and other project deliverables from BIM models. - Ensure compliance with BIM standards, company procedures, and project requirements. - Maintain model organization, version control, and data accuracy. - Coordinate with Senior BIM Modelers, Engineers, and Design Teams to resolve modeling issues and improve model quality. ## Requirements - 2–3 years of experience in BIM modeling. - Proven experience in BIM modeling using Revit. - Basic understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and BIM workflows. - Familiarity with Navisworks and clash detection processes is preferred. - Knowledge of BIM standards, model management, and construction documentation. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to model accuracy. - Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project environment. ## Our Values At ahb, we are guided by: - Accountability – We own our work and deliver with integrity - Collaboration – We work as one team - Simplicity – We value clarity and direct communication - Resourcefulness – We solve problems efficiently - Ingenuity – We refine and elevate outcomes - Curiosity – We seek deeper understanding to create impact
