Role Overview

Mnzil is seeking a Business Development Associate to join its Business Development team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to the company's growth strategy, focusing on identifying new market opportunities and cultivating long-term client relationships. The Associate will provide support for lead generation activities, client outreach initiatives, and pipeline management, working closely with senior team members to convert prospective opportunities into established partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads through research and outreach efforts.
• Support the scheduling and coordination of client meetings.
• Maintain accurate and current records within the CRM system.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materials.
• Track pipeline status and report progress to the Business Development team.
