About the Role

Career Bloc is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This role is integral to the company's growth within the IT Services & Digital Transformation sector across the Middle East. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing regional growth pipelines and fostering client partnerships. The position is full-time and requires 2-5 years of experience. Role Context and Company Overview

As a dynamic player in the IT Services & Digital Transformation sector, Career Bloc provides tailored technology solutions, including cloud adoption, ERP modernization, and cybersecurity enablement. The company collaborates directly with C-suite stakeholders to align technology investments with business outcomes, supporting digital acceleration in line with Vision 2030. The team is expanding and seeks individuals to drive regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market IT services segments in Saudi Arabia.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with CIOs, CTOs, and procurement leads to understand client challenges and align them with the IT solutions portfolio.
  • Develop and present value propositions, RFP responses, and commercial proposals tailored to specific industry verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, and Government.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to define solution architectures and ensure the feasibility of client requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, including contract negotiation, stakeholder alignment, and handover to the delivery team.
  • Track and report on pipeline metrics, revenue forecasts, and market feedback to leadership to inform go-to-market strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience in IT Services Sales.
  • Demonstrated ability in B2B Consultative Selling.
  • Experience with RFP Management.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
  • Proficiency in Business Proposal Writing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or Cloud Solutions (AWS/Azure).
  • Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 digital initiatives.
  • Previous success in government or public sector IT sales.
