About Rgheeb and the Role

Rgheeb is seeking a Business Development & Sales Executive to join its client team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships effectively.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams to achieve company goals and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Lead generation delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Development or Sales Executive, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Work Setting and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Compensation for this role includes a base salary plus commission, reflecting performance and contribution to revenue growth.
