About the Role: Business Owner (Licensee) in Riyadh

Stranger Soccer is seeking entrepreneurial individuals to establish and operate its business as a License Owner in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for those passionate about football and entrepreneurship, offering the opportunity to build, manage, and grow a local venture. Earnings are directly tied to performance, effort, and business success.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Business Owner (Licensee), you will be responsible for launching and establishing the Stranger Soccer brand within Riyadh. Key duties include:

Bringing the Stranger Soccer brand to life in your assigned city.
Building, training, and managing a core team of 2-3 individuals, alongside freelance Official Hosts.
Sourcing and securing suitable venues and time slots for game hosting.
Implementing marketing and sales initiatives, both digital and on-the-ground, to expand the player base.
Managing game operations to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience that encourages repeat participation.
Utilizing the support, systems, and expertise provided by Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters, covering operations and technology.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

A strong passion for football and a connection to the local football community.
Experience in business, management, or customer-facing roles.
An entrepreneurial mindset; prior startup or business ownership experience is advantageous.
An ownership mentality with a drive to build and scale a business locally.
