Core Purpose of the Position

The Group Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for safeguarding consumers and the business by leading an enterprise-wide food safety system. This role focuses on preventing, detecting, and controlling food contamination risks across all business units, ensuring full regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and fostering a strong food safety culture through proactive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise-wide food safety system.
• Oversee risk assessment processes to identify and mitigate potential food contamination hazards.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant food safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities to maintain compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the food safety framework.
• Promote and strengthen a robust food safety culture throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Safety, Biochemistry, or Biology.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience within the food manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining food safety systems.
• Proven experience in a laboratory setting.
• Experience with risk assessment processes and regulatory compliance.

Essential Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, KSA.
