About Qiddiya and the Category Management Role

Qiddiya is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time Category Management position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for developing and executing strategic procurement initiatives that align with the company's ambitious vision for growth and excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience to this dynamic environment.

Purpose of the Role

The Category Management role is vital in driving cost efficiencies and fostering strong supplier relationships across Qiddiya's operations. This position focuses on translating market insights and data analysis into actionable sourcing strategies, directly supporting the company's objectives for operational excellence and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of category strategies aligned with business objectives.
Perform spend analysis and market assessments to identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities.
Translate data insights into actionable sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives.
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx processes, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenge demand where necessary.
Support supplier management activities, including performance tracking and relationship management.
Contribute to cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and process standardization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Prepare reports and dashboards to track category performance and savings delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
