About the Role

شركة قادة البناء الحديث is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to construction projects from inception through completion.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for a range of critical tasks throughout the project lifecycle. This includes:

• Studying the topographical and geological conditions of construction sites, along with soil testing results.
• Analyzing project architectural requirements and plans.
• Determining necessary foundation depths and conducting comprehensive structural analysis of project elements.
• Preparing project designs and supervising the preparation and review of structural drawings, quantity surveys, and specifications.
• Overseeing project implementation to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Developing work methods and procedures, staying current with technical advancements.
• Preparing specialized documents and reports on engineering works and projects, detailing their progress, and managing them within the company's database.

Core Duties

The role involves close follow-up on key project documentation and execution phases:

• Following up on the preparation and review of structural plans.
• Ensuring the accurate preparation of quantity surveys and specifications for construction materials.
• Verifying that project implementation strictly adheres to established specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates are expected to possess the following foundational knowledge and skills:
