About the Role

Dubizzle is seeking a Classified Sales Development Executive to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop a career in sales within the classifieds industry. Role Overview

The Classified Sales Development Executive will play a key role in customer relationship management and sales pipeline development. This position involves ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely support and solutions, maintaining customer relationships to encourage repeat business, and facilitating the prompt collection of listings. The role requires close collaboration with sales teams to build the sales pipeline, manage the sales funnel, identify upsell opportunities, and handle customer account activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely support and solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Sustain and nurture customer relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Ensure prompt collection of customer listings to maintain an up-to-date inventory.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Manage the sales funnel, tracking lead and opportunity progression for effective sales processes.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to enhance customer value and revenue.
  • Handle customer account activations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about product information to effectively address customer queries.
  • Achieve daily productivity targets for calls, listings collection, and meeting authentication.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers, understand their needs, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in operations, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets, preferably through phone-based sales.
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
  • Good knowledge of the Real Estate industry.
  • Basic knowledge and working experience with call center systems and solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to follow established scripts.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively counter rebuttals to close sales.
