About the Role

Intellect is seeking a Clinical Provider to join their team in Riyadh. This is a contract position focused on delivering essential mental health support to clients' employees. The role involves providing direct clinical services within a collaborative framework aimed at enhancing individual well-being and addressing psychological challenges.

Role Overview

Intellect Care offers counselling and psychotherapy as a collaborative process to guide, explore, and resolve personal, social, or psychological issues. Counselling provides clients with tools and techniques to support their mental health, while psychotherapy identifies and addresses unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior that may impact quality of life. These interventions are designed to equip clients with more effective ways of thinking, behaving, and relating to others, addressing moderately severe mental health experiences. Standard sessions typically last up to 50 minutes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite, in-person mental health counselling for employees of Intellect's local clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Report to client offices for scheduled shifts, which may include morning, evening, or overnight hours depending on client requests.
• Facilitate one-on-one sessions covering various mental health topics such as resilience, stress management, and available well-being resources.
• Lead group sessions focused on coping strategies for managing stress and challenging information.
• Moderate peer support sessions to foster shared experiences and well-being discussions.
• Develop and deliver group sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resilience.
• Submit monthly reports detailing service utilization and participation.
• Collaborate with Intellect's internal clinical team, suggesting improvements to programs and the platform.
• Conduct one-hour check-ins with the internal Intellect team once a month during regular working hours (10 AM - 6 PM Singapore Time).

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Counselling.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, excluding experience gained during Master's degree studies.
• Minimum of 500 supervised clinical hours, excluding hours completed during Master's degree studies.
• Experience with Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches, including but not limited to: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors, and Somatic Experiencing (SE).
• Must hold a valid clinical license or be eligible for licensure in their practicing country.

Work Arrangement and Requirements

• Availability for in-person sessions 5 days per week.
• Openness to conducting evening sessions (9 PM - 6 AM), with specific time slots subject to client approval.
• Willingness to engage in a contract role, with the contract duration of 2 years.
• Open to participating in supervision sessions once every 2 months.
