Role Overview

The Clinical Support Specialist will provide essential clinical and administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations and effective product adoption. This role involves direct engagement with healthcare professionals, delivering product expertise, and collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks to ensure efficient commercial operations.
• Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and clinical training sessions to healthcare professionals.
• Oversee product installations and manage the client onboarding process effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance performance and contribute to the achievement of business targets.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals and clinics.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and consistent service support.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the medical device or broader healthcare industry.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage professional audiences.
• Demonstrated capability to train clinicians and deliver effective product demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.
• Applicants must be available for face-to-face interviews in Riyadh.
