T2 is seeking an experienced professional to lead its compliance and licensing functions. This role is critical for ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory frameworks and enabling its strategic growth initiatives within the technology and telecommunications sectors.

The Role: Compliance & Licensing Manager

As the Compliance & Licensing Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for T2's end-to-end licensing strategy. This includes the comprehensive management of telecom, technology, and commercial licenses, ensuring full regulatory compliance across all operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact with regulators and government entities, playing a key role in facilitating business expansion and the launch of new products such as CPaaS, messaging, voice, and AI services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain T2's licensing strategy in alignment with business expansion plans.
• Manage the complete license lifecycle, including applications, approvals, renewals, and meticulous documentation.
• Monitor telecom, data privacy, and digital communication regulations, providing timely advice to leadership on their potential impact.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with relevant regulators and licensing bodies.
• Advise Sales, Product, and Technology teams to integrate compliance-by-design principles and accelerate go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain the central licensing repository and provide support for internal and external audits.
• Lead and develop the Licensing team, fostering a culture of expertise and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Licensing Manager with a proven track record in regulatory compliance. This role requires 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in managing licensing and regulatory affairs, particularly within the telecom or technology industries.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on business growth and innovation.
