About the Role

SorsX is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with a proven track record in managing diverse construction projects.

Core Responsibilities

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of construction projects from initiation through completion. Key duties include:

• Planning, organizing, and managing all phases of construction projects.
• Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety requirements.
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
• Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Managing procurement activities and coordinating material deliveries.
• Preparing and presenting project progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Resolving technical, contractual, and operational issues during project execution.
• Overseeing project closeout activities, including snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12 years of construction management experience.
• Substantial experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) fit-out projects, residential developments, and commercial buildings.
• A proven ability to successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously from excavation to turn-key completion.
• Experience working collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Familiarity with Saudi building regulations and industry standards is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent are considered an advantage.

• Previous project experience within the GCC region, particularly Saudi Arabia.
