About the Role

Dental Kingdom is seeking a Consultant / Specialist Dermatologist & Laser Physician for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves providing comprehensive dermatological care, including consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and the performance of laser and aesthetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough dermatological consultations to assess patient needs.
• Diagnosing and managing a wide spectrum of skin, hair, and nail conditions.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Performing laser treatments and other aesthetic dermatology procedures.
• Ensuring the safe operation of laser equipment and monitoring patient progress.
• Collaborating with dental and medical colleagues to facilitate integrated patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
• Adhering to evidence-based medical guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
• Educating patients on treatment options, post-treatment care, and skin health prevention.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Upholding the clinic's standards for safety, ethics, and patient experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a valid SCFHS license.
• Demonstrated experience in dermatology, aesthetic procedures, and laser treatments.
• Board certification or equivalent specialist qualification in Dermatology, with recognized training and experience in both medical and aesthetic dermatology.
• Proven clinical experience in laser dermatology, including the safe operation of laser devices for hair removal, vascular and pigment lesions, skin rejuvenation, and scar treatment.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills in general dermatology, covering inflammatory, infectious, autoimmune, and cosmetic skin conditions.
• A valid license to practice dermatology in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain one.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the field.

Preferred Attributes

• An existing patient clientele and the ability to attract and retain patients are highly preferred.
• Experience or a strong interest in aesthetic medicine, including non-surgical procedures such as injectables, chemical peels, and skin resurfacing.

• An ongoing commitment to professional development and staying current with advancements in dermatology and laser technology.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. Compensation is structured as a revenue-sharing model, based on a percentage of generated revenue.
