About the Cost Control Engineer Role

SSCL is seeking a Cost Control Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in cost control within operational and maintenance projects. The role focuses on monitoring and managing costs to ensure efficient resource utilization.

Core Responsibilities

The Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of cost control for O&M contracts. This includes detailed tracking of expenditures, budget preparation, and financial reporting to support operational decision-making and contract performance monitoring.

Key Duties and Tasks

Prepare comprehensive cost reports detailing operational and maintenance expenditures.
Track and analyze labor and material costs against project budgets.
Monitor contract performance from a cost perspective.
Provide support for the invoicing process.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining service quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A strong understanding of cost control principles specifically applied to operation and maintenance projects.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Familiarity with ERP systems and cost management software.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
