This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of SAR 6,000 - SAR 7,500 per month.

Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. This role is not a typical call center position; it focuses on hiring individuals committed to performing well, providing them with the necessary tools, support, and rewards for professional growth. Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email in both English and Arabic.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English (B2 level or above for English).
• Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Ability to work from the office in Riyadh.

• Experience level required is 0-1 year.
