OSUS is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to strategic customer experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the development and successful implementation of strategic customer experience management plans, with a specific focus on customer service, aligned with company strategy.
Apply customer service strategies and methods to effectively communicate with customers through various channels, ensuring services meet customer desires and needs.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, manage response scheduling, and assist in analyzing customer service performance. Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve issues, analyze root causes of negative feedback, and work to reduce recurrence.
Ensure all customer communication channels operate effectively and are up-to-date, facilitating professional and high-quality handling of inquiries, purchases, and complaints.
Collect feedback and observations from customers before, during, and after the purchase process to ensure satisfaction and verify service delivery meets expectations.
Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive customer experience strategies and activities aimed at attracting new customers, retaining existing ones, and achieving target growth rates.
Support brand building and campaign efforts by collecting customer feedback data in coordination with the marketing and relevant departments.
Build successful customer relationships by providing excellent service, effectively resolving problems, measuring customer experience, and addressing identified shortcomings.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager within the scope of work.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or customer experience-related role.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers across various channels.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
Ability to analyze customer feedback and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
