Role Overview

DeepSource is seeking a Data Management Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role is central to supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of enterprise-wide data management initiatives. The specialist will contribute to maintaining high standards of data quality, ensuring metadata accuracy, and upholding governance compliance across the organization's data assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Data Governance frameworks and monitor compliance with governance policies.
• Execute Data Quality assessments and continuously monitor Data Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain the Business Glossary and the Metadata Repository to ensure data consistency and understanding.
• Support Data Catalog administration and perform Data Classification activities.
• Document and maintain Data Lineage for critical data assets.
• Assist in Master Data Management activities, including data profiling and cleansing.
• Produce regular governance reports and dashboards to provide insights into data management performance.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance-related activities.
• Coordinate effectively with business data owners and data stewards to foster data stewardship.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to data governance processes and procedures.

Contribution to Data Assets

This role is integral to the continuous improvement of DeepSource's organizational data assets. The Data Management Specialist will work to enhance the reliability, accessibility, and integrity of data, directly contributing to informed decision-making and operational efficiency through robust data management practices.

Required Experience
