About the Role

RIME Platform is seeking a Development Operations Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the stability, speed, and reliability of our systems, which process thousands of real-time video streams and sensor data to deliver critical operational insights. You will operate at the intersection of software engineering and operations, ensuring our infrastructure runs efficiently and scales seamlessly as we onboard new clients.

Role Context

As a Development Operations Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the operational backbone of RIME Platform. Your work will directly impact the performance and availability of our services, supporting our mission to empower businesses and optimize their operational processes. This role requires a proactive approach to system reliability and a strong understanding of modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build robust continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for backend services, frontend applications, and AI/Computer Vision models.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible to ensure reproducible and scalable work environments.
• Enhance the developer experience by accelerating code build times, optimizing local development environments, and removing operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with the AI team to automate the lifecycle of machine learning models, from training and testing to production deployment.
• Integrate automated security checks, vulnerability scanning, and secure secrets management into deployment pipelines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Deep practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience integrating security testing (SAST/DAST) into pipelines and utilizing secure secrets management solutions (*, HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
• Familiarity with Machine Learning lifecycles, MLOps concepts, and the challenges of deploying AI and computer vision models into production.
