Role Responsibilities

The Director of Human Resources will oversee all human resources functions within the W Hotels property in Riyadh. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with W Hotels and Marriott International objectives.
• Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Overseeing compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Driving employee engagement and development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR issues.
