About the Role

Starways is seeking a Dotnet Developer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves contributing to the development of integrated digital solutions, with a focus on E-government platforms, supporting the digital transformation initiatives aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications utilizing C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
• Collaborate effectively with frontend developers, architects, and business analysts.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to established best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core.
• Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles.
• Demonstrated experience with **** Core (MVC / Web API).
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and the ability to write optimized queries.
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or Dapper.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Understanding of SOLID principles and common design patterns.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Saudi Nationality is mandatory.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with SignalR or background job frameworks like Hangfire or Quartz is desirable.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is considered a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role is within Starways, a company that provides integrated digital solutions and is driven by the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The team comprises over 50 technical consultants, developers, designers, and project managers.
