Overview of the Position

AlRumooz AlMutahida AlAlamia for Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in the field, focusing on creating precise technical drawings that are critical to the success of our projects. The Draftsman will work within a collaborative environment, ensuring all designs meet industry standards and client specifications.

Role Impact and Collaboration

As a Draftsman, you will collaborate closely with engineers and project managers, translating project requirements into comprehensive technical drawings. Core Responsibilities

• Review and revise technical drawings based on feedback from stakeholders, maintaining clear communication to align with project goals.
• Conduct site visits to collect data and assess project requirements, ensuring designs accurately reflect real-world conditions.
• Maintain organized documentation of all drafts and revisions, using version control systems to track changes and project evolution.
• Assist in preparing project proposals by creating visual representations that clearly communicate project concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about the latest drafting technologies and software advancements, integrating new tools to enhance productivity.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges, contributing ideas and solutions.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior draftsmen, sharing knowledge and best practices to support team development.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Draftsman in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD software for architectural and engineering drawing.
• Demonstrated understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct site visits and translate real-world conditions into technical designs.
• Experience with documentation and version control systems.
