The Role

RJ is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to oversee its online sales channels. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing daily operations, optimizing site performance, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of RJ’s online sales channels.
• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory accuracy.
• Analyze site performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute campaigns.
• Manage digital merchandising and content updates on the ecommerce platform.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from browsing to checkout.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or in a similar role.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
