The Role of ELV Estimation Engineer

Technology Track is seeking an ELV Estimation Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems. These systems include CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and other related low-current systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and specifications to understand project scope.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for ELV system components.
• Analyze vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing and technical compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to validate technical and commercial assumptions for estimates.
• Support the preparation of comprehensive bids and proposals.
• Participate in clarification meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize solutions and pricing strategies.

Collaboration and Project Support

The ELV Estimation Engineer will work in close collaboration with project managers, design engineers, and suppliers. This collaboration is essential to ensure the delivery of competitive, compliant, and timely proposals for various ELV projects.
