About the Quality Control Engineer Role

Alfanar Group is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring the quality of panels through rigorous inspection, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with design teams to meet customer specifications and ensure overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of panels to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
• Prepare detailed defect reports for all inspected panels.
• Perform tests on panels to verify compliance with required specifications and quality expectations.
• Identify technical issues and conduct root cause analysis for identified problems.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of issues.
• Provide feedback to design teams and other stakeholders to enhance product quality.
• Recommend solutions for product quality improvement aligned with customer satisfaction goals.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the product.
• Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes and specifications.
• Coordinate the implementation of written systems, policies, and procedures, and identify opportunities for automation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in a quality control engineering role. A strong understanding of panel manufacturing processes and quality assurance methodologies is essential. The ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions is required.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires active participation in factory acceptance tests and close collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
