About the Executive Sales Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Sales professional to join their team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of related work experience. The role involves managing guest relations and sales activities to drive revenue and enhance guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize effective sales techniques, including up-selling, to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Determine and provide complimentary items to guests as tokens of appreciation for their patronage.
• Promote the brand image both internally and externally.
• Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
• Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Respond to, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, and concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing efforts, such as filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.

Professional Conduct and Guest Service

• Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional appearance and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships, supporting team goals and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
• Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Undertake other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• No specific license or certification is mandated.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within the Four Points by Sheraton hotel environment.
