FP&A Internship Overview

Richemont offers a full-time FP&A Internship opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. This role provides direct, hands-on experience within one of the world's leading luxury groups, engaging with a diverse portfolio of luxury Maisons.

About the Role

As an FP&A Intern, you will be embedded within a live Financial Planning & Analysis function, contributing to real financial cycles from monthly closings to budget submissions. The role involves supporting all financial matters related to Richemont Saudi Arabia's operations, ensuring adherence to Richemont Group accounting and reporting standards. You will receive mentorship from a Senior Business Controller and gain exposure to multi-Maison financial management in a dynamic luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the Maisons' budget processes, including the timely preparation, variance analysis, and submission of annual Budgets and quarterly Latest Estimates (LEs), in line with Group requirements and standards. Assist in building and maintaining P&L models, consolidating actuals versus budget, and flagging key variances across Maisons.
• Financial Performance Monitoring: Assist in monthly closing activities with key stakeholders and the accounting team, ensuring all relevant accounting entries are booked accurately in line with IFRS and Richemont Group standards. Prepare monthly management reports and conduct ad hoc financial analysis for Brand Management. Support FP&A commentary by helping to explain financial performance through structured, data-driven narratives at both Maison and country levels.
• Process Improvement & Internal Control: Contribute to the development of a financial controls culture within the Brands, supporting the adoption of best practices across departments. Participate in the documentation and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures and controlling processes. Identify areas of improvement in existing processes and systems and communicate recommendations to the FP&A team.

Learning and Development Opportunities

This internship includes participation in structured onboarding and coaching sessions that cover Group FP&A tools, including SAP and Anaplan. Interns will gain direct exposure to multi-Maison financial reporting cycles, Group submission standards, and luxury retail controlling frameworks.

Candidates for this FP&A Internship should have 0-1 years of experience, indicating a recent graduate or an individual early in their career seeking foundational experience in financial planning and analysis.
