About the Role

The Golf Operations Attendant at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for managing daily golf operations to ensure a high standard of service for members and guests. This full-time position, located in Riyadh, plays a key role in the smooth functioning of the golf facility and contributes to an efficient and professional atmosphere.

Core Responsibilities

The Golf Operations Attendant will oversee various aspects of daily golf operations. Key duties include:

• Coordinating tee times and managing daily operations to optimize player flow and minimize wait times.
• Welcoming and assisting golfers, providing information on course rules, etiquette, and available services.
• Preparing and maintaining golf carts, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Assisting with scorekeeping, registration processes, and event coordination as required.
• Monitoring the golf course for safety concerns or rule violations and addressing them promptly.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Supporting merchandising activities, including restocking pro shop items and assisting members with purchases.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for positive engagement with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by golf operations.
• Proficiency with computer systems related to booking and point-of-sale is considered a plus.
• Ability to remain on feet for extended periods and perform light physical activities, such as pushing or pulling golf carts.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role involves direct interaction with golfers and requires a professional demeanor in a dynamic operational setting.
