About the Guest Experience Expert Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role requires initiative and a proactive approach to delivering a wide range of services throughout a guest's stay.

Core Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to manage various aspects of guest service and operational needs. This includes processing operational requirements, responding to guest requests, completing necessary reports, and providing local area insights. A key part of the role involves assisting guests with luggage, including loading/unloading vehicles and transporting items to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas, ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Essential Duties and Tasks

  • Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
  • Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests promptly.
  • Completing reports and sharing local area highlights with guests.
  • Assisting guests with vehicle loading/unloading and luggage transportation.
  • Ensuring all guest interactions and transactions are part of a positive experience.

Physical Demands of the Role

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves significant physical activity. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet for extended periods, requiring the ability to stand, sit, or walk. Movement through various spaces, including narrow, confined, or elevated areas, as well as up and down stairs and service ramps, is expected. The position also involves manual tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects. Candidates must be able to lift objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also necessary functions of the job.

Professional Conduct and Standards

Regardless of the specific tasks performed, certain fundamental principles are critical for success in this role. These include maintaining a safe work environment, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures, and upholding confidentiality. Protecting company assets, maintaining high-quality standards in all guest interactions, and ensuring a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication are also essential requirements for all Guest Experience Experts.
