About the Role

ALNASSR Club Company is seeking an experienced Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to lead the GRC function. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with a strong background in establishing and maintaining robust governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Role Overview

The Head of GRC will be instrumental in supporting the organization's commitment to effective governance practices, comprehensive risk management, and adherence to all applicable regulations and internal policies. This role involves strategic oversight and operational execution of the GRC function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance, risk, and compliance policies and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks, proposing effective mitigation plans.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of governance frameworks and internal controls.
• Prepare and present reports on governance, risk, and compliance matters to senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Lead and manage the GRC team to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Governance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, or related functions.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is required.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role requires a dedicated professional to oversee the Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions within the organization.
