About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated HK Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas consistently meet the resort’s high standards for cleanliness and quality. Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the HK Supervisor is to maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation across the property. This involves direct supervision of housekeeping staff and proactive management of operational tasks to ensure a comfortable and pristine environment for all guests, directly contributing to their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct housekeeping staff in their daily duties.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assign daily tasks and manage work schedules for the housekeeping team.
• Address and resolve guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to the appropriate departments for timely resolution.
• Monitor and manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hotel brand standards.
• Support staff training initiatives and monitor performance to foster continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the efficient and smooth operation of the housekeeping department.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations, preferably within a hotel or resort environment. A proven track record in supervising teams and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service is essential for this role.
