About the Role

Takamol Holding is seeking an HR Consulting Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading strategic HR consulting engagements for external clients, focusing on delivering impactful people solutions that drive organizational transformation and business performance.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to guide external clients through complex HR challenges, implementing strategic initiatives that enhance their organizational effectiveness. The manager will be responsible for delivering tailored people solutions designed to foster significant business improvements and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HR consulting engagements for a diverse portfolio of external clients.
  • Develop and deliver strategic people solutions aimed at organizational transformation.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance business performance through effective HR strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Applicants must be Saudi Nationals only.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is considered a plus.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR consulting, management consulting, or HR transformation consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a leading consulting firm, such as a Big Four, Tier 1/Tier 2 firm, or a specialized HR consulting firm.
  • Proven experience in leading HR consulting engagements and managing client relationships effectively.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in proposal development and business development support is highly preferred.
