Overview of the Tamheer Program

The HR Tamheer Trainee role is offered as part of the Tamheer program, a structured six-month on-the-job training initiative. This program operates under the umbrella of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), designed to provide practical experience and skill development for new professionals entering the workforce.

The Role: HR Tamheer Trainee

As an HR Tamheer Trainee, you will engage in a full-time training experience focused on human resources functions within Olayan Saudi Holding Company. This role is specifically designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering a foundational understanding and hands-on exposure to HR operations in a corporate environment.

Key Skills to be Developed

During the six-month training period, the HR Tamheer Trainee will have the opportunity to develop and apply critical professional skills. This includes enhancing the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced work setting.
