About the Role
PrimeGate for Communications and IT is seeking experienced HRMS Technical Consultants to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves the implementation, customization, integration, support, and enhancement of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). The role requires strong technical expertise, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to deliver efficient HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and customize HRMS solutions according to business requirements.
- Analyze technical and functional requirements to propose effective system solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between HRMS and other enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data interfaces.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement activities.
- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation tasks.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
- Collaborate with HR teams, business users, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and organizational policies.
- Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to end users as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HRMS implementation, development, integration, or support.
- Strong experience with HRMS platforms and enterprise applications.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and database technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and reporting.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting business-critical systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP and HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics HR, or similar platforms.
- Experience with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integrations.
- Knowledge of HR processes including Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Management, and Performance Management.
- Relevant HRMS or ERP certifications are considered a plus.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
