About the Role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Human Resource Transformation Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to the digital evolution of our HR functions, focusing on the comprehensive implementation and rollout of a new Human Resource Management System (HRMS) across Saudi Arabia.

Role Context and Purpose

The Human Resource Transformation Executive will lead the entire HRMS project lifecycle, from initial planning through go-live and subsequent post-implementation support. This position requires a detail-oriented approach to ensure data accuracy, system optimization, and strict compliance with data governance standards. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive process improvements, facilitate user training, and contribute to broader HR projects and workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the HRMS, coordinating all project phases from planning through post-go-live support.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee data within the HRMS.
• Configure, test, and support HR system enhancements and process improvements.
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing support to HR teams and business users.
• Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the implementation process.
• Assist with workforce planning, HR projects, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare system documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
