About the Role

Bloom Planet Group is seeking an HR & People Operations Specialist to support its expanding operations. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires coordination across multiple countries including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Korea, Poland, and the UK. The position is suitable for a Saudi HR professional who can manage diverse HR functions in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Handle employee relations and personnel administration.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll activities.
• Provide support for performance management initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
• Implement HR policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits.
• Coordinate HR activities across multiple countries.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Regulations.
• Manage Saudi HR and government platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National is mandatory.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
• Availability for a full-time role based in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven HR experience across multiple HR functions.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi HR and government platforms.
• Ability to coordinate with teams across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Korea, Poland, and the UK.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
• A valid passport is preferred.
