About the Information Technology Support Internship

Holool Aloula (NCBS National Company for Business Solutions) is offering an Information Technology Support Internship as part of the Tamheer Program. This internship provides an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to gain practical skills in IT support within a professional environment in Riyadh.

Role Overview

The Information Technology Support Intern will provide essential technical assistance to employees, addressing hardware, software, and general IT-related issues. This role involves supporting daily IT operations and contributing to the smooth functioning of the IT infrastructure while gaining hands-on experience through the Tamheer Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level IT support to end-users.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Support user account setup and manage access requests.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory and equipment records.
• Assist with system updates and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Undertake other assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Must be of Saudi Nationality.
• Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program through the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities and a keen attention to detail.
