alfanar is seeking an Internal Auditor - Sales & Marketing to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in internal audit or a related field.

Role Overview

The Internal Auditor will support the internal audit team in planning, executing, and documenting audit assignments. This role is central to assessing risks and controls, and contributing to process and performance improvements across the organization, with a specific focus on Sales & Marketing functions.

Key Audit Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying key risk areas during the planning phase of internal audit assignments.
• Support the audit team in engagement planning activities, including preparing commencement letters and coordinating communication with process owners.
• Document business processes, internal controls, and related applications, and assist in testing their effectiveness under supervision.
• Participate in internal audit assignments using a risk-based approach, implementing audit programs to ensure proper coverage of identified risks.
• Contribute to ad hoc audit reviews based on reported or observed issues, and support pre-implementation reviews for new or updated systems.
• Conduct basic analysis of performance data to identify inefficiencies and review performance metrics for improvement opportunities.
• Assist in ongoing auditing activities using business intelligence (BI) tools and reports, and track progress on agreed action plans.
• Contribute to drafting audit findings and reports under guidance, ensuring all audit documentation is complete and well-organized.

Operational and Professional Accountabilities

• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets within established schedules, utilizing resources effectively.
• Provide periodic reports detailing task execution and any deviations from plans.
• Solve operational problems and escalate complex issues as required.
• Ensure adherence to quality requirements for effective control processes and specifications.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, actively seeking automation opportunities.
• Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures within the defined area of work.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development by acquiring updated soft and technical skills relevant to the role.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit or a related field.
