About the IT Business Partner Role

Almarai, a leading food and beverage company headquartered in Riyadh, is seeking an IT Business Partner. Founded in 1977, Almarai is the world's largest vertically integrated dairy company and the largest food and beverage manufacturer and distributor in the MENA region. The company employs over 43,000 individuals across the GCC, Egypt, and Jordan. This full-time position offers an opportunity to support Almarai's continued growth within a dynamic multinational team.

Core Purpose of the Position

The core purpose of the IT Business Partner role is to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of people, processes, tools, and technologies to meet the IT requirements of various business divisions within Almarai.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Business Partner will be responsible for:

• Aligning IT solutions and strategies with divisional business objectives.
• Facilitating the adoption and optimization of IT tools and technologies.
• Analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement through technology.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define and implement IT projects.
• Ensuring the effective management of IT resources and services.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Between 7 and 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated experience in Software Development and IT Project Management.
• Proven experience in business process analysis and re-engineering.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
