About the Flower Coordinator Role

Taeyen is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Flower Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position involves the arrangement of floral designs, management of customer orders, coordination of events, and ensuring the high-quality presentation of all floral products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and arrange floral bouquets and decorations for various occasions, including weddings, events, and corporate functions.
• Communicate with customers to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
• Coordinate flower orders, manage deliveries, and oversee event setup.
• Maintain flower inventory, ensuring freshness and implementing quality control measures.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source necessary flowers and materials.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Assist with pricing, quotations, and order processing.
• Support marketing initiatives, such as creating social media content and participating in promotions, as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be currently based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Possession of a valid and transferable Iqama is required.
• All nationalities are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in floral design or event coordination is preferred.
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, particularly during peak seasons.
• Basic knowledge of flower care and handling.
