About the Junior Civil Engineer Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer, specifically a Saudi National, to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity for professional development within a dynamic engineering environment.

Role Overview and Development

In this developmental role, the Junior Civil Engineer will learn and perform a variety of civil engineering duties, applying fundamental engineering techniques and analyses within a specific discipline. The engineer will receive training under close supervision, gaining exposure to engineering theories, company practices, and procedures. Assignments may be part of a structured rotational program, providing experience in areas such as Project Controls, Procurement, and Construction Management, as well as across different engineering disciplines. Some tasks will involve the use of computer-aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and execute basic civil engineering tasks under supervision.
• Apply engineering techniques and analyses within a designated discipline.
• Gain exposure to project controls, procurement, and construction management processes.
• Utilize computer-aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided design (CAD) tools as required.
• Participate in structured rotational programs across various engineering disciplines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of related work experience.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Desired Skills and Familiarity

• Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or civil fields.
• Familiarity with CAD and other engineering software packages.
