About the Role

ZRVS is seeking qualified candidates for full-time academic positions as Lecturers, Assistant Professors, or Associate Professors in Nursing. These roles are based in Riyadh and involve delivering high-quality academic instruction, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development and research within the nursing disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for these academic positions include:

• Delivering undergraduate and postgraduate nursing courses.
• Preparing lectures, lesson plans, assessments, and academic materials.
• Supervising students during clinical training, research, and academic projects.
• Participating in curriculum development and academic quality assurance initiatives.
• Conducting research and contributing to scholarly publications.
• Mentoring and advising students on their academic and professional development.
• Engaging in departmental meetings, accreditation activities, and institutional committees.
• Ensuring adherence to Saudi Ministry of Education and institutional academic standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A mandatory PhD in Nursing in one of the specified specializations: Pediatric Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Adult Health Nursing, or Mental Health Nursing.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching and/or professional experience.
• Valid professional nursing registration/licensure is preferred.
• Experience in a recognized university or college is preferred.
• International teaching experience is considered an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

Successful candidates will possess:

• Excellent teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Strong research, publication, and academic writing abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• The ability to mentor students and collaborate effectively within a multicultural academic environment.

Compensation and Work Details

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The offered salary ranges from SAR 9,000 to SAR 12,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional benefits will be provided in accordance with college policy and Saudi labor law.
