Al Hayat Investments is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing field service operations and ensuring high standards of maintenance for gym equipment.

The Role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of field service technicians, coordinating all maintenance and installation activities. This role is central to ensuring operational efficiency, technical excellence in gym equipment servicing, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. The supervisor will manage service requests, spare parts logistics, and provide essential technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule field technicians based on workload and operational priorities.
• Oversee the installation, preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of various gym equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians.
• Monitor service requests and ensure the timely closure of all tickets.
• Review maintenance reports and coordinate spare parts requirements with suppliers and internal departments.
• Liaise with manufacturers for advanced technical support and resolution of complex issues.
• Ensure technicians are properly equipped with necessary tools, equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and support staff development initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with company procedures and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports related to service activities, productivity, spare parts usage, and maintenance contracts.
• Maintain accurate service records and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a maintenance supervision role.
• Demonstrated strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of gym equipment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team of technicians.
• Ability to manage service requests, coordinate spare parts, and provide effective technical support.

Essential Requirements

• Possession of a valid driving license.
• A transferable Iqama is required for non-Saudi nationals.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
