Role Overview

As a Management Officer, you will contribute to the operational success of NABTT's content and partnership initiatives. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves supporting key relationships, ensuring content quality, and assisting in the coordination and execution of various programs. The position requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience to help maintain and enhance NABTT's mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of partners and content creators, including onboarding, communications, and ongoing relationship management.
• Review and evaluate content submissions to ensure alignment with platform quality, editorial, and content guidelines.
• Assist in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and exhibitions, including logistics, stakeholder engagement, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate program and partnership activities, track milestones, and monitor performance.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.
• Analyze data and prepare insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner experience, content operations, and overall program efficiency.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Management Officer position are expected to have 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a role that involves program coordination, partnership management, content operations, or a related field within the media industry. Demonstrated ability to manage diverse responsibilities and contribute to operational efficiency is essential.
