About the Role

EY is seeking a Manager for FAAS - Transaction Accounting & Capital Markets to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing capital markets clients and engagements within the MENA region, supporting transformational strategies such as IPOs and debt securities issuance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technical accounting support for transactions.
• Manage projects and provide coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with audit teams and clients to develop risk-appropriate strategies.

• Adhere to internal EY policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to building an international network.

Professional Guidance and Influence

In this role, you will be expected to provide guidance on complex issues, leveraging your existing knowledge and experience in auditing, accounting, and reporting. You will act as a credible advisor, influencing both clients and internal teams. The environment supports individuals who are proactive, accountable, and results-driven. Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, audit, or accounting advisory domain.
• Proven experience in conducting audits; PCAOB audit experience is preferred.
• CPA, CA, or ACCA certification is required.
• Extensive knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP is an advantage.
• Experience providing services to clients undertaking capital raises.
• Strong management skills, including team leadership, delegation, mentoring, performance review, and counseling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice as required.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Travel may be a requirement based on business needs.
