About the Role: Manager Risk Consulting ER

EY is seeking a Manager Risk Consulting ER to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on enhancing organizational performance by creating risk-enabled frameworks and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of risk management for clients. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Scope and Impact

As a risk professional, you will address client issues and transformations across various domains. These include Enterprise Risk Management (covering both business and IT risk), Internal Audit, Program Risk Management, process and controls design and effectiveness, and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) implementations. The solutions delivered aim to build confidence and trust with clients' customers, the overall market, and to meet regulatory or contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

This dynamic role involves managing multiple client engagement teams at an executive level within the practice and the firm. Responsibilities include:

• Effectively managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Consistently delivering quality client services and managing expectations of client service delivery.
• Monitoring progress, managing risk, and ensuring key stakeholders are informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships and networks with clients and internal EY stakeholders.
• Demonstrating deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
• Possessing in-depth business acumen and demonstrating the ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge.
• Remaining current on new developments in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.
