About the Manager School Program Role

This full-time position is based in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia, specifically in Riyadh. The Manager School Program will be responsible for designing and delivering educational and cultural programming tailored for schools and students, aiming to enhance learning through engaging cultural experiences.

Program Design and Development

The core responsibility involves creating structured educational programs that align with school curricula and learning objectives. This includes developing age-appropriate cultural experiences, tours, and interactive activities, ensuring that each program element delivers significant educational value.

School and Institutional Engagement

This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, education authorities, and other relevant institutions. Key tasks include coordinating the scheduling and booking of school groups, managing participation, and ensuring clear and consistent communication with all educational stakeholders.

Program Delivery and Operations

The Manager School Program will oversee the on-site delivery of school programs, ensuring they are structured, safe, and engaging. This involves managing group flow, timing, and supervision during student visits. Coordination with operations teams is essential for logistics, access, and the movement of school groups, as well as ensuring spaces, guides, and facilitators are prepared.
