About Dr. Scent and the Marketing & Growth Manager Role

Dr. Scent is a leading fragrance solutions company specializing in scent marketing, home fragrances, luxury diffusers, and innovative scenting technologies. As we expand our presence in the Saudi market, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our marketing operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring fluency in Arabic.

Role Overview

The Marketing & Growth Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing all marketing activities for Dr. Scent within Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive brand growth, develop impactful marketing campaigns, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for the Saudi market.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels.
Manage and develop the marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Oversee social media, content creation, branding, e-commerce marketing, and product launches.
Build strong relationships with media partners, agencies, influencers, and strategic partners.
Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Coordinate with Sales, Retail, E-commerce, and other departments to support business growth.
Ensure all marketing activities align with Dr. Scent's brand standards and regional marketing strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing marketing teams.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on brand growth and market expansion.
Fluency in Arabic is required for this role.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic team focused on expanding Dr. Scent's presence in the Kingdom.
