About the Marketing Specialist Role

شركة الحدائق السعوديه الزراعية is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves defining and implementing marketing strategies to support the company's goods and services. The role requires a proactive individual with a keen understanding of market dynamics and a proven ability to analyze and report on marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define overall and sub-marketing objectives, and develop comprehensive marketing policies, plans, programs, and facilities.
• Supervise the implementation and evaluation of marketing policies to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Analyze product life cycles, identifying factors contributing to the success or failure of marketing products.
• Conduct competitor pricing analysis and develop appropriate pricing policies.
• Define promotion programs, select optimal distribution channels, and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Set clear timelines for the implementation of marketing policies, follow up on execution procedures, and evaluate outcomes.
• Conduct tests for new products before their market release, utilizing specialized computer programs for market testing as per business requirements.
• Prepare specialized marketing-related documents and reports, providing relevant recommendations and solutions.
• Present and clarify marketing documents and reports, ensuring they are archived in the dedicated database according to approved policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Experience in market analysis, competitor research, and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in preparing marketing reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with market testing methodologies and tools.

Compensation Structure

The compensation for this role is commission-based, determined by the company's established sales commission policy.
