About the Role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position serves as the essential link between Hikma Pharmaceuticals and healthcare professionals, focusing on the Riyadh region.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to increase awareness and usage of Hikma’s pharmaceutical and medical products. This is achieved through dedicated sales and marketing activities, including field engagements, to promote a defined portfolio of products to customers and key accounts in accordance with established guidelines and sales targets, under the guidance of a Supervisor/Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships, organize appointments, and host events with Hikma customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
• Inform and engage healthcare providers to encourage the prescription, dispensing, or use of Hikma products to meet sales targets.
• Enhance awareness of Hikma products through continuous learning and effective information sharing with healthcare providers.
• Obtain current information about doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and prospect new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
• Ensure proper product availability and optimal territory coverage.

Experience and Performance Monitoring

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires reviewing updated records of sales targets and activities to assess performance and achieved goals.

Market Analysis and Reporting

• Monitor competitor activity and products within the market.
• Follow up on and review Hikma products’ market performance through client responses and other indicators, anticipating new market opportunities.
• Prepare timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/reports for the supervisor/manager as per request and prior agreement.

Compliance and Professional Conduct

The Medical Representative is responsible for ensuring timely and compliant behavior in all correspondence and activities, adhering strictly to company rules and regulations.
